Each Team has a staff position, some team can function with just one active staff! All retired or abandon staff will also be recorded, their contribution (if they did any) will forever be remembered!

Team Leader

All Team should have a team leader, whoever they nominated from their team staff, no team will able to function without a team leader, he/she will coordinate the team effort and post the release on here. Only team leader may recruit new member into their team and boot them out.

Scanlators

Scans Translator, your basic translator, he/she should able to translate the scans and provide the editor with them. All group should have at least 1 otherwise you can't release anything!

Editors

What it said. Cleaners and Scanlators need to provide the editors with the required item to produce a finish product, then editors need to pass it to the Corrector(s) or quality control for proof reading and finally releases. Editor should able to use photoshop or similar software

Cleaners

Cleaners does the cleaning job, making blank area for editor to do their magic. Even if quality scans, cleaner are needed since some text is on top of the image itself, cleaner might have to edit those parts, the better the cleaning is the quality the final product will be =]

Correctors

Proof Reading and otherwise, Correctors will find mistakes or fix up the final product.

There are only 4 staffs position need to have a complete group, as such, each team should have 4 people (recommended)... however, you only need a scanlators and an editor to actually produce anything.

Cleaners and Correctors are quality control position, for a speed group, you don't need quality, you need speed. and vice versa for a full team group.
